How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–6 business days after that — so you can expect your order within 5–8 business days in total. Free shipping on all UK orders.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for faulty items or errors on our end — those are on us.

Will I be charged any customs or import fees?

No, there are no additional customs fees or hidden charges for UK deliveries. The price you pay at checkout is final.

Are your hardwired lights safe to install myself?

For hardwired products, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Plug-in products require no special installation and are ready to use straight away.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately at support@elmharlow.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
